add logo #37

A first version of a logo represented by a vector image using SVG.

Thanks! I've merged this first version and mentioned it in the attribution section of Readme. If you're fine with licensing this under cc-by-sa, would you mind sending a patch to Readme specifying that? I think 4.0 is the latest license version.

I'm not actually sure! Since this is a logo, making it unique for this project would make sense to me. I guess a logo seems to be a special case exception? I'm fine with whomever to use or alter it for any purpose, except if people use it to identify a project/service/website with. Because this logo uniquely identifies this project...

I'll do some googling around how this actually works copyright-wise.
