Hi jdneidig, I am trying to install and having some issues are you available for guidance? Thanks in advance.

I can help, but a couple questions first. Are you running MS Dynamics CRM 4.0? Also what version of Digium SwitchVox do you have? Is the Digium SwitchVox and your MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 servers on the same network?

Hi, Thanks for the response, we were able to figure out the changes that we needed to modify in the code for our database. The big miss on my part was not realizing that you needed to login to MSCRM before you login to Switchboard. Once we did that everything just starting working as you stated. Thank You Very Much for making this information available.

We will be testing multiple entries with same number along with modifying the CRM Database to add a additional numbers to improve the number of pops when we have people calling from their cell numbers and not the office. We currently only have two entries, we are going to target 5 entries per record.
