Diving through the Counterwallet FAQ's I noticed a mention of the betting functionality of Counterwallet.

Is the betting functionality still limited to non-US-based client IP addresses in Freewallet?

betting functionality was only enabled in counterwallet.io, and the IP filter was only applicable to users of counterwallet.io
