Creating an "auto-btcpay" button in the settings #193

i think it might be incredibly useful for a user to not only be able to choose when or when not to use the "auto-btc pay" function but be able to verify if it is "on" when they need it on

I know this feature sometimes brings alot of confusion and questions for orders matching, but knowing from a user side that you had this on when making an order would be incredibly helpful

adding a function in the settings could be the place for it - or also showing this specific setting when making a BTC/TOKEN order could be helpful too

^ similar to how the "?"'s can be hovered over in the wallet UI to have a short explanation for the setting

The user chooses at the time of placing the order if they want to use auto-btcpay or manual btcpay... so this is done on a per-order basis already.

I could see some value in showing a list of the orders which are trying to buy something with BTC and the status of each (auto-BTCpay or Manual)... will work on adding this in a future release.
