Fail opening dispenser on FW today #214

Hey my friend, today i have one issue trying to open a DISPENSER on FW, i does all the classic process and complete the transaction on fees for open the dispenser, but when i check on tokenscan i never see the transactions, so i test again reopen, again aparently working but when i check again on the tokenscan i dont saw the transaction. so i wait for 1 hour and try does the same on the Horizon wallet for check if is a fail on FW because many other transactions from other people is working on tokenscan. so i test on Horizon and all right inmediatly showing the transaction on TOKENSCAN so maybe is good idea check what is happening.

This is a very strange issue, and probably related to all the issues that have been happening with the counterparty-core software.

Please try creating another dispenser in FreeWallet and let me know if you have any additional issues here.

Sorry for the lag in replying, been incredibly busy lately with updates.
