idea popup doesn't point to the correct location on Chromium #11

The size of the idea popup is different in Chrome (compared to firefox). Therefore, the offset is wrong and the popup is displayed in the wrong position.

This size issue also arises on other Firefox instances (using windows for example)

set the popup size to a fixed height in the og.css file for now. solved with commit b6361eef726f567c9258ad497b725c708de28850
