Can't download maps/models etc (404 file not found) #5

Usually I'd put this down to a server problem, but it seems to happen regardless of host. Downloads are enabled in multiplayer settings

Tried a tastyspleen server first:

Running OS X El Cap 10.11.4
Fresh install (no maps added)
Turned OS X firewall OFF

Server has no http repository set. You might wanna disable cl_http_download/s to use UDP downloading.
