CTF Flag icon for scoreboard #8

Need a flag icon for the scoreboard to indicate flag carrier. Currently using the quad icon :P The icon will be drawn ontop of the player skin icon.

This should be assigned to me... Not sure what happened because I had implemented this before, I may have failed to commit it or something, I'll take this back on, the assets have been made, its just a code issue at this point.

(I apparently can't do things in the ticket system here)
