Sexed (player model) sound corruption with multiple players loaded #638

Thorn uploaded an interesting video showing a bug where player sounds became corrupted -- pain sounds playing for jump sounds, etc:

While we may have larger goals around refactoring the media system, this should be addressed with a targeted fix first.
