Add crouch-sliding bg_pmove. #77

It's been requested that we implement crouch sliding. While we don't have player animations for it, the mechanics of it should be fairly straightforward to implement. Let's test it out and see how it looks and feels.

From the bit I've tried this in Quake4 it was pretty fun, and added a fun dynamic (I thought).
