Fargazer rune is sometimes undone #1125

really annoying bug with fargazer sometimes i will buy a point into fargazer and the next room i will lose it, and i wont get any skill points back. it seems to happen when you put a point into it before placing your character. and if you buy 2 points in, and the bug will bring it to 1. is avoidable by just placing character before buying, but that can be easy to forget and get really annoying being a couple hundred points behind my friends

I suspected it's due to a discount mismatch, but I wasn't able to validate

healthMax has been fixed. the other is an overspend issue
