Fix DO Spaces #580

spellmasons-server-hub needs to be updated so that files are saved without spaces. See branch pagination in that repo.

Expiry policy need to be set. https://www.howtogeek.com/devops/how-to-set-an-expiration-policy-on-digitalocean-spaces-buckets/

Irrelevant due to #661. May need to disable spaces entirely though to save on cost. Make sure it doesn't affect logs tho
