closes Steam Achievements #382

Foundation for achievement system
Adds a few achievements (will need more after runes, run options, etc.)
Adds lifetime/run/level/spell stats
Persistent Save/Load system for lifetime stats, and working save/load for run/level/spell stats
Note: In multiplayer, stats and achievements are disabled

closes endgame screen is buggy #757

Run end time is saved at game over, so spamming end turn no longer increases the time
Best spells is now tracked without factoring in original life
End screen timers now use real time elapsed and display correctly even after save/load

QA Save/Load for stats singleplayer
QA End Screen in multiplayer
QA Ensure stats are disabled in multiplayer
Link achievements to steam API
Save/Load for achievements? (every time you restart game, all achievements are locked again)
[Future] Implement multiplayer compatibility for achievements and statistics

I think the achievements we have so far is a good start, I'd say let's wrap up the outstanding TODOs and get this shippable for the next update. Sound good? We can add more achievements as we go
