Implement new events for modifiers that will come from Runes

[ ] onKill
[ ] onPickup (when colliding with a pickup that triggers)
[ ] onTeleport (This should be designed to handle initial spawn, swap, recall, teleport, etc without being hard coded in each. Maybe use setLocation or teleport function - must be reusable)
