Right now, the software just prints a log message indicating that it has automatically marked the eula.txt as agreed to.
There should probably be something in the README indicating that this is the case. We need to make the distinction, though, that use of this software does not require agreeing to the Mojang EULA (we can't require that because of the GPL, and we don't want to anyway); just that running Minecraft does. However, it has to be clear that running the software as currently configured will automatically run Minecraft, thereby agreeing to the EULA on your behalf.
We should also make it easier to make the software not agree to the EULA; right now you have to edit the code.
