Make numeric page ids redirect to canonical url #27

It's not good to have multiple URLs for the same content, so they should redirect.

Probably wait until after #21 to fix this.

@woodrowbarlow, are you interested in taking on any Perl bugs? If so, this would be a fairly simple one to start with.

i'll do a perl tutorial on thursday and then claim a bug.

You're certainly not required to do any Perl. Just thought you might be interested, and I have a bad habit of taking all of the low-hanging bugs first, which is going to leave either horribly complicated bugs (like the render engine rewrite) or Benzene bugs (which are definitely up for grabs, but less immediately useful).

... eh, whatever. If you go ahead and fix any of the bugs I've marked for Benzene, I'll include them in Aromatic.
