We should bundle nginx.

1) If user has apache or nginx, create the Vhost and set up the proxy.

2) If they do not, then install and configure nginx.

Added some configs for this in conf.d, so we'll just need to:

Tell what the user has, if anything
- If something, ask if they want the config, if they do, cp it to the appropriate directory (will require us to know what dist this is, but that isn't a problem since this will be done in the setup script)
- If nothing, ask if they want nginx + config
