Xen support #46

This should be basically free minus the added logic. Going to look into this first after 0.1.3 is finished.

After evaluating this there are a lot of changes that would be required to fully support Xen. I've had absolutely nobody express interest in using Xen so I'm questioning whether this is a worthwhile use of resources.

If anybody feels like this is a make it or break it feature please comment.
