Revisit Ubuntu/Debian testing #58

I've been informed some things seem to be breaking in Ubuntu/Debian, we need to test everything from the ground up to confirm.

Hi @KeiroD , we just need people to install SpacePanel on Debian and/or Ubuntu and try to do everything , report back if you find anything that does not behave as expected.

I'm in process of reloading a dedi, going to go through install process. I'll make a full note of what went great and what failed!

H'okay. We will spin up a dev VPS and test installations and the like.

I've been looking for a SolusVM alternative that's open-source, and since VirtKick is going a very different route than they originally said they would by going SaaS.

Since we primarily prefer Debian-based servers despite using CentOS for cPanel, InterWorx, etc... we'll provide feedback as much as we're able to.

Sidenote: We're a VPS/Dedicated provider, so... yeah.
