Fix workout number increasing bug #120

The workout counter on the main screen got increased (with the number of visible workouts) after a workout is edited. I think it is an incorrect behaviour.

I have not noticed this bug, but I do not often edit workouts. The bugfix looks relatively easy, I hope it does not lead to new problems. We have to test this and see how it works. Anyway, thanks for your work!
