Fix strava integration #163

New scopes needed to retrieve acitivities (oct 2018), see https://developers.strava.com/docs/oauth-updates/ Email has been removed from the athlete object (jan 2019), see https://developers.strava.com/docs/changelog/

Some more work is needed ... i think we need to request access tokens more frequently

Hi @jdrescher2006 , when do you think you'll build a new version of Laufhelden for Openrepos? So that we can have Strava activities sync work again with @piggz work? :) Thanks!

Sorry had to cloase this. There was a conflict and I could not solve it.
