Display the min/max elevation on the details page #173

The min/max elevation is now displayed in the details page

Yeah I wanted to add the climb/descend data (since it could be an useful info when biking in the mountains), however the unfiltered climb/descend data from my flatland biking logs was usually somewhere between 500/700m (due to the furryness of the elevation profile). So it needs some filtering or bucketing first.
