5g Does the Square link for each record go to a list of records for the same species at the selected square? (4.2.1g)
No If the grid reference is composed of more than the 4 numbers it doesn’t recognise it as a detailed reference within a monad. The 4 figure monad reference works.

Can we investigate and find the best route to respond?

@charlesroper this is the issue I'd like to chat through/understand a bit if possible. I think the 6 figure grid references go down to a level, and that if you take the first two figures, then miss then next one, then take the next two figures, you get a reference equivalent to the 4 figure grid ref - is that correct? According to the spec we are working to 1km squares, which I think means the 4 figure refs, and therefore we can just convert the 6 figure > 4 figure refs and ignore the detail.
