doc: add link to wagtail-newsletter #468

Add link to wagtail-newsletter (https://github.com/wagtail/wagtail-newsletter) to the "What is using MRML?" list.

We use MRML as the default MJML rendering library, because it's light on dependencies and super fast, which is important when generating editor previews.
