PHOTON output error #22

Closed sjr24 closed 4 years ago

sjr24 commented 5 years ago

Greetings, I was running the PHOTON tutorial and ran into an output error (see attached). This is different than the other output error as my machine is running python 3.7.2. Any suggestions to help the program run would be appreciated.

Thanks, Shawn

I have had the same (at least very similar) error for over a week now.

Hi, I have run into a similar error. Have you been able to solve it?

Thanks,

Lewis

The error message states that the protein identifiers could not be matched to the network.

Please make sure that they are in the correct format. You can inspect the network node table to make sure they are correct.

Hi Jan, I have gone back over my analysis and all looks ok with the protein IDs. Looking more closely at the error message I think it might be something different to Shawn's error.

Thanks,

Lewis

The Response status not OK might refer to an issue with the ANAT web server that powers parts of PHOTON. Could you please try again and check if the issue persists.
