Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It's common to find the table of contents after one or two introductory paragraphs. I believe this is yet not possible with this plugin.

Describe the solution you'd like

It'd be nice to be able to add on our markdown files some indicator of where we want the table to get added. Something like

Perhaps there's a way but creating a addLiquidShortcode and calling some of the plugin functions directly there?
