Page Intros for Multipage surveys #61

Hello your package is incredible! I would like to ask if it would be possible to add an intro in the second page for multi page surveys --- saw that you could a description in the first page via "survey_description" but not sure how to implement this in the second page.

Maybe adding a question of the type "instructions" at the beginning of the second page would do the trick?
