Does not handle time with colloquial date

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use the gmail-delay-send practice box on the spreadsheet
2. type the following 'tomorrow, 9am'
3. press enter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is for it to return tomorrow's date with the time 9:00:00. 
Instead, it defaults to 12am or 0:00:00

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.7.6
operating system shouldn't matter, but Windows 7/Fedora 17/Ubuntu 12.04
