as reqID is required parameter default of 0 is unhelpful #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Adding a second visualization to a page fails if reqID=0
The supplied example will fail this test

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be nice to see the example improved to use reqID as per the 0.6 
standard.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.0  for protocol ver 0.6
