Missing __init__.py file #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add the trunk of this project to mine using svn:externals
2. Try to import gviz_api.py
3. Missing __init__.py causes fail

Checking in an __init__.py at the top-level trunk directory would be really 
cool.

Missing file is now added.
