Most python tutorials are currently static

To reproduce the problem:
1. go to http://www.google.com
2. search for "python tutorial"

Expected Result:
Lot's of beautiful 'crunchified' tutorials.

Actual Result:
Lot's of mundane static tutorials.

Applies to:
Currently all versions of Crunchy on all Operating Systems.

Additional Information:
Clearly this is a sub-optimal state of affairs and soemthing must be done
to remedy it! I suggest some strong evangelising throughout the Python
Community and beyond...
