Quitting crunchy doesn't close the window... #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hit the "Quit Crunchy Button"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should close th current tab, but it doesn't.

A sensible fallback might be to serve up a "You may now close your browser
window" page.

This new behaviour is likely caused by using Firefox 2.0 instead of 1.5+, and it
affects previous Crunchy releases (when used with Firefox 2.0).
The suggested workaround, as mentioned in the original report, is to have a
standard
exit page as it used to be the case in older versions of Crunchy.

Suggested fix ("fallback") essentially implemented in andre's branch. It might
required a bit more pizazz though.
