Issue

• Currently, project has checkout page that displays two links, one for creator of poll to share to colleagues for adding responses.
• One for editing/seeing result of people's responses.

Solution

• Either form submissions to the creator, and give them the links to share.
• Or Create a modal, and display those links in the modal.

Feature

• Add email feature, that allows user to input email in order to have them sent the links to their email, for future keeping.
