Finalized pass turn logic to work for both user and computer
End Turn Cycle triggered by endCycleClause state and will pause AI from causing runtime error.
How to Test
Make turns with user or pass turn, and watch CPU take turns to make a single turn until they are run out of cards that are higher than middle deck.
CPU will pass and when everyone has passed, game component will update turn indicator 'span', signaling end of turn cycle.
NOTE: game is not playable after end turn clause is triggered. Will handle in next PR.
