EPub3 does not validate since "mimetime" is compressed and not the first entry in the file #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create EPub3
2. Validate (e.g. http://validator.idpf.org/ )
3. Bam!

The file "mimetype" must be the first file in the ZIP archive and must not be 
compressed.

Docbkx 2.0.15 on Linux Mint

I added small path that fixes issue #115 and issue #114

The patch is applied but while looking at the output (not related to your 
patch), the epub content is not valid at all. I think there is a bug based on 
the path of the input file. I think there is a bug related to the same kind of 
issue in the tracker.
