Generating long descriptions, legal notices, etc. in the output directory #78

When I add <textobject> to a <mediaobject> to produce a long
description, the generated long description HTML files, ld-*.html, get
generated in ${basedir} rather than the output directory for the
document.

It is now fixed in r238, it was due to not setting base.dir for html output in 
non chunking mode.
