Fullscreen has OSX dock layered on top of it still #7

in css speak the docks z-index is greater than that of the x11 window. I'm guessing that this works similarly we're probably missing a call to position the window ontop of everything when we go fullscreen.

this is not the case in linux with the cinnamon desktop in Mint at least.
