Add DeMaSk variant effect predictions, update license, doc improvements #7

Adds another variant effect prediction tool + the associated data. All proteomes were processed using DeMaSk to ensure coverage is complete, unlike SNAP2 and INPS.

Also updates the license to restrict commercial work without relicensing. Documentation updated with more links/citations.
