Docker hub image #108

Is there's any plans to have official npm-register repo on docker hub? I mean you have Dockerfile in root of your repository, so why not to have have auto built image on docker hub? :)

@holms not sure how much jd is able to jump into this project anymore. I'll take a look at this in the coming weeks.
