Determining minimum radius #72

Hi, Is there a method or software you would recommend using to determine the inscribed sphere radius to be used in the minimum radius in the simulations?

I am having trouble determining what value to use.

That is related to the drainage process of poreSpy:

I suggest setting it to something small, but that still runs fast (3 voxels or so)
