Support option to aggregate data out of custom fields of slack profiles #10

This way each employee or member can self manage their birthday info via their own slack profile.

An administrator can then just add fields for birthday day and month (optionally with year even) to the profiles.

@dimitrieh This is indeed a really nice idea.

Are custom field in slack something new (or maybe a pro feature only) ? I don't think slack had them when we built this the first time.

@teresalazar13 This looks like a nice thing to add.

I am not sure, but i think they are a pro feature! Still would be very nice to see added :)
