For the documentation site, I've had a great experience with Mkdocs Materia It's what FastAPI uses, Titilter, Lonboard, Typer, and other Python libraries.

Let's go with it. What do you think @SammyGIS ?

I'm reopening this because we're yet to finalize the docs. Also, I want to improve it a bit, with more code examples.
