As per Readme, the license is Creative Commons CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.

I suggest to add the file to the project.

I literally copy/paste https://spdx.org/licenses/CC-BY-NC-SA-4.0.html for convencience, but feel free to correct me if it’s the wrong way
