Why?

Because it's cool.
Because it's an important element of technical documentation.
Because it's an important feature of Latex.

Condition of satisfaction

Use some common syntax in Dokuwiki to place references in the pages.
Render references as a \cite command.

Critical points

It would be acceptable for the bibliography database to be generated locally by the user.
