Batteryalarm with threshold and time #136

i'd like to have a feature like having an alarm that has two conditions.
alarm at 10pm when charge is below 35%.
thatway i could be reminded to charge the battery every night, when its too low 
to make it through the next day.

That seems reasonable but strikes me as a very low priority at the moment.  I 
may add it at some point but not in the immediate future.
