Just put this on my new galaxy s3 and the option to change to Fahrenheit seems 
to be missing in ICS.

Both the free and the Pro version have that option.  For the free version, it's 
the very first setting on the only settings page (press the settings icon on 
ICS).  On pro, press the settings icon, go to "Other Settings", then scroll 
most of the way down.

(ICS gives you "action" buttons rather than the normal menu button interface, 
so the settings button is right on screen.)
