Our matlab version of the TLmodel is producing results that are different than Pecube. Pecube output for n/N is consistently lower than our code. We converted TLmodel.f90 to matlab and it matches our version of the TL model exactly. This suggests that the error in Pecube is somewhere outside of the TL model coded into Pecube.
We also output the time-temperature path from the Pecube output for very simple cases and our TLmodel produces different, higher n/N values.
