Mix up between top and upper #8

@jeanbraun There seems to be a mix up between left and right in the upper boundary condition when using the uniform uplift function (no fault) option; also the input parameters should be called top_left and top_right instead of upper_right and upper_left, to be consistent with the user guide

Fixed and implied a modification in the user manual/documentation. Now the name of the four corners are top_left, top_right, bottom_left and bottom_right
