Here's a start of some new styles for the site. I'm going for simple and sweet! What do you think before I proceed, @jeancochrane? Remaining to-do items below.

TODO:

[ ] Loading spinner during API requests or responses
[ ] Styles for text or legend below form
[ ] Expand and collapse top section on mobile
[ ] Could we lower opacity on routes once you hit search?
