add the now complete 312 River Run trail #55

Added paths for new sections of the 312 River Run trail. Not sure how to verify if I've done the export correctly, so would love some help in making sure it works

Thanks for this @nsteins, and thank you for your patience for the past year! I know it's been a while, but do you recall if you reran the underlying OSM import before doing your path editing work? I went to try to recreate it in the prod admin console and noticed that this little segment of path is missing from the OSM data:

My goal is to do an OSM data refresh sometime before summer, so if it is just a missing way then hopefully the refresh will resolve the issue.

I don't recall entirely, but I was working with a fresh local build when I submitted these issues, so I imagine I was working with freshly downloaded OSM data from around the time I opened the PR.
